Dosha Remedies.

A reference for balancing each dosha, ten multi-modal remedies (general, oils, aroma, color, sound, mudras, mantras, poses, herbs, nature) for Vata, Pitta, Kapha and tridoshic baselines.

Remedies for all doshas

General balancing

Practices that suit all constitutions: warm water in the morning, abhyanga (self oil massage) suited to your current state, regular meal times, winding down before 10 pm, breathwork (nadi shodhana), and a daily walk.

Oil therapy

Tridoshic blends: sesame (default), or a custom mix balancing your current imbalance. Apply before bathing for full body soak.

Aromatherapy

Sandalwood, lavender, frankincense, universally calming. Pair with the specific dosha you want to balance for accent notes.

Color

Earth tones, soft greens and golds, white. Calming for all doshas.

Sound
