Remedies for all doshas
Practices that suit all constitutions: warm water in the morning, abhyanga (self oil massage) suited to your current state, regular meal times, winding down before 10 pm, breathwork (nadi shodhana), and a daily walk.
Tridoshic blends: sesame (default), or a custom mix balancing your current imbalance. Apply before bathing for full body soak.
Sandalwood, lavender, frankincense, universally calming. Pair with the specific dosha you want to balance for accent notes.
Earth tones, soft greens and golds, white. Calming for all doshas.
