What is Ayurveda?The 60-second version
Ayurveda (āyur = life, veda = knowledge) is the 5,000-year-old wellness tradition from India and the sister science to yoga, the two grew up together and were always meant to be practiced as one. Its core idea is simple: each of us has a unique constitution — a mix of three energies called doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) — and we feel best when our daily rhythms match it.
Food, sleep, movement, and the time of day all play in. Chill Flows reads this script and rebuilds the social feed around it — calmer mornings, sharper afternoons, softer evenings.

Dhatu is Chill Flows' Ayurvedic consultant, built on classical Caraka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridayam principles. Three ways to use it:

- Quick guide, answer a couple of yes/no questions and Dhatu walks you to a curated 3-step plan grounded in your current imbalance.
